Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please EMAIL us with any problems so we have a written record of your needs. We have a 30 day exchange policy. We spend lots of time taking pictures and videos of the products so you can best choose a set and see the colors- BEFORE you purchase. It's your responsiblity to insure that the colors are the ones you want. We are happy to refund your money if the set is not right for you but will not pay for return shipping costs on the returned set.
We do our best to ship out as soon as the order arrives. Sometimes there are shipping problems from the manufacturer that delays your order. We will notify you when that occurs.
